At INVICTA Solutions, we believe in a sustainable future and making that future a reality will require a workforce which can build this future, sustain it, and educate the next generation on more efficient and sustainable ways of using energy.
This workforce must be passionate about renewable energy, competent and more importantly, diverse and inclusive.
With this in mind, we are proud to launch the WiRE (Women in Renewable Energy) initiative in collaboration with several educational institutions across the country.
We will be partnering with these institutions to train the next generation of experts in renewable energy solutions. Although the trainings will be open to all eligible students and technicians, in order to have broader participation in the sector, there will be a quota of training spots reserved for women only to be trained for positions such as design engineers, installation technicians, and sales and marketing experts.
In addition to offering trainings, we will create internship programs for students to have hands-on experience in the renewable energy industry and also educational programs to teach the broader public on smarter ways of managing electricity consumption.
In line with our gender inclusivity goals, our aim is to have 40% of our workforce to be female by 2026. A passionate workforce which has an intuitive understanding of renewable energy solutions.
Applications will be open in January 2025.
